But before the R&R could beguin a Koala hunt had to be organised up into the wild untamed hills. Only a few of the entourage could muster the courage for the dangerous journey but enough brave souls could be rounded up to make the trip viable.
A quick bus ride and hike up some stairs to a former World War II emplacement and the deadly beast was located casually chewing on some eucalyptus whilst no doubt contemplating its vile plans for the destruction of the world.
Our hero quickly got into position for a clean shot and dealt with the dastardly beast before it could pounce.
The next day he set off in just a kayak to chart the coast of the island. Sadly due to a groin injury (passim) he had to turn back before the task was half completed.
He has had to satisfy his exploring desire therefore by bombing round the island in a little pink car (chosen by the posh girls), its just not the same.
