Chapter 118 - Let's go Yankees

After a very pleasant lunch with his old boss he was even more pleasantly surprised when Bill rang him with an offer of a ticket for the Yankees game that night against the Red Sox (probably the biggest rivalry in North American sport).

Well he wasn't going to pass that one up and despite the rain and a pretty abject performance from the Yankees offense (who couldn't score a run if their lives depended on it) he had a most enjoyable evening with Bill's sister (Wendy) at the game.



Let's hope the Yankees do actually start going if this season is not going to be a disaster.
